Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms describe the use of 365daybookings by guests, service providers and authorised account users. Read them together with the Data Privacy Statement and the booking conditions shown for the accommodation, experience or transportation service you select.

1. Platform and independent providers

365daybookings provides tools for publishing listings, requesting reservations and managing bookings. Accommodation, experiences, transportation and related services are supplied by the provider identified on the listing. The listing and booking confirmation identify the service, Service Provider and applicable booking conditions.

A Service Provider verification status concerns the platform's account-review process. It is not a guarantee of a service's quality, safety, availability or suitability.

2. Accounts and authorised access

Provide accurate account information, keep your contact details current and protect your sign-in credentials. Only access accounts and Service Provider records you are authorised to manage. Tell the platform support team if you suspect unauthorised access. An authorised manager must not represent that a Service Provider personally accepted a document unless the Service Provider has done so.

3. Listing information and Service Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, capacity, accessibility information, inclusion lists and cancellation conditions. Providers must hold the permissions, licences and insurance required by applicable law for their services and must honour confirmed bookings according to the agreed conditions.

Listings may remain unpublished until required information is complete, Service Provider verification is approved and the Service Provider has accepted the required platform documents. The platform may restrict misleading, unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised content and investigate reported account misuse.

4. Prices, packages and payments

Review the service, dates, guest numbers, package class, optional extras, booking currency, total price, deposit and remaining balance before confirming a booking. The conditions displayed for that booking determine what is included and when payment is due. A converted display price is an estimate; the booking currency and your payment provider's exchange rate may differ.

A payment-link request is not itself a completed payment. Only pay using a verified payment method or instructions associated with your booking. Do not send account passwords or full payment credentials through booking notes or assistance messages.

5. Availability and booking confirmation

Availability, cut-off rules and capacity depend on the selected listing. A submitted booking may be pending rather than confirmed; check its status and confirmation details. Contact the Service Provider promptly if the confirmation differs from the service you intended to reserve.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

The cancellation policy and payment conditions shown for your selected service apply to cancellation and refund requests, subject to mandatory legal rights. Charges can depend on the timing of the cancellation, the booked service and any applicable package conditions. A requested change or extension is not confirmed until accepted through the applicable booking process.

If a Service Provider cannot provide a service, use the booking's available assistance or cancellation process to request the applicable resolution. Do not assume that a new date or an alternative service has been accepted without confirmation.

7. Guest responsibilities

Provide the information reasonably needed to fulfil the booking, comply with the Service Provider's lawful safety and attendance requirements, and check travel documents, age restrictions and accessibility suitability before booking. Raise material requirements with the Service Provider in advance. Do not post unlawful content, impersonate another person or misuse platform access.

8. Problems and applicable rights

For a booking problem, retain your booking reference and contact the Service Provider or platform support through the available account assistance channels. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights continue to apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Updates and acceptance

The publication date above identifies this version. Material changes should be brought to affected users' attention. A Service Provider's document-acceptance controls record its own confirmation of having read the required documents; platform reviewers and managers cannot accept them on the Service Provider's behalf.
