Data Privacy Statement
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This statement describes personal information used in operating 365daybookings. Independent Service Providers and payment providers may also process information under their own privacy notices when delivering a booked service or payment.
1. Information used by the platform
Depending on how you use the service, information can include account and contact details, business profile information, listing content, booking dates and guest details, booking and invoice references, payment-related records, support requests and account activity. Service Provider verification can include identity and business information submitted for review.
Only provide information needed for the account, booking or review. Avoid placing full payment credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text booking notes, public listings or assistance messages.
2. Purposes of processing
- Creating and securing accounts, checking access permissions and maintaining Service Provider relationships.
- Publishing listings, processing reservations, preparing invoices and managing booking changes.
- Reviewing Service Provider information and recording document acceptance and account decisions.
- Responding to assistance requests, investigating misuse and maintaining operational records.
- Meeting applicable legal obligations and handling disputes or requests concerning your information.
The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and applicable law, including steps needed for a booking or account relationship, legal obligations, legitimate operational interests, or consent where required. Acceptance of this statement is an acknowledgement of its contents and is not a substitute for any separate consent required for an optional use.
3. Sharing and access
Information necessary for a booking is shared with the relevant Service Provider and authorised account managers. Platform personnel and service providers may access information needed for hosting, communications, payment-related operations, support or security. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, disputes or lawful requests.
Public listing information is visible to website visitors. Private identity and business-review information is intended for the account and authorised reviewers, not for public catalogue responses.
4. Sessions, cookies and browser storage
The service uses session cookies and browser storage for sign-in state, security tokens, preferences and booking interactions. Signing out removes the active sign-in state available through the interface; browser settings can also control stored website data. Restricting essential storage may prevent account and booking functions from working.
5. Retention and security
Account, booking, verification and support information may be retained for as long as needed for the purposes above, applicable record-keeping obligations and dispute handling. A request to delete an account may not immediately remove records that must be kept for legitimate or legal reasons.
Access controls and account permissions form part of the platform's protection of information. No online system is risk-free. Use a strong password, keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
6. Service providers and international processing
Hosting, communications, Service Providers and other service providers may operate in different locations. Processing locations and any required transfer safeguards depend on the service and applicable law. Ask platform support for details relevant to your account or request before submitting information that requires a particular handling arrangement.
7. Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for an optional activity. Some requests may require identity checks or be limited by legal obligations and the rights of other people.
Update ordinary contact details in your account settings. For other privacy requests, contact platform support through your account, identify the account and describe the request. Do not include your password. If you have a concern, you may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.
8. Updates
The publication date above identifies this statement's version. Check the statement when material changes to the service or its use of information are communicated. The related Terms & Conditions explain account, listing and booking responsibilities.
